1. Service Description
Ceremonials provides a platform for creating and managing wedding websites. The service is available in the following tiers: • Free: Basic features with a 24-hour trial period • Premium: Extended features including custom domains, gallery, and translations
2. Registration and Authentication
Registration is done via passkey authentication (WebAuthn). Each user is responsible for the security of their passkey. Temporary accounts are automatically deleted after 24 hours if not upgraded.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's terms and conditions apply. All prices include applicable taxes.
4. Liability
We are not liable for: • Data loss due to technical failures • Content uploaded by users • Downtime or service interruptions • Damages arising from the use of the service
5. Data Deletion
Upon expiration of the trial period (24 hours), all associated data is automatically deleted. Premium users can request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.
6. Gallery and Content
Users are responsible for uploaded content. No illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content may be uploaded. We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
