Services in automated data processing and information technology. Operation of the wedding platform “Ceremonials” and its associated services.

Supervision and law

Trade authority: City of Vienna, Municipal District Office for the 13th/14th district. Member of the Vienna Economic Chamber. Applicable regulations: in particular the Austrian Trade Act (Gewerbeordnung 1994), available at www.ris.bka.gv.at. VAT: small-business exemption pursuant to § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act — no VAT ID, no VAT is charged.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. However, pursuant to §§ 13 to 18 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act we are not obliged to monitor third-party information we transmit or store, nor to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Once we become aware of a specific infringement, we remove the content in question without delay.
